The Morning Stool 2/22/13

nerd-in-paradise

One more fucking day, guys, and I am on vacation!  I seriously cannot wait, I am not going anywhere, and I am not doing anything.  Just playing Video Games, making stupid videos, and writing completely useless drivel.  All the things I love to do, so I know it is going to be awesome!  Hopefully, I’ll also be installing a new computer into my gaming headquarters, and also a Wii U as well.  It is going to be fricking sweet, dude.

I know that my life could not get any better, but another awesome thing happened today.  Bioware announced the next, and final for Mass Effect 3, single player DLC, named Citadel. Available on March 5th for 1200msp, or $15 on the Playstation Network, Citadel will be the conclusion of the single player releases for Commander Shepard.  Bioware also stated that during Citadel, Shepard will be reconnecting with characters from all three Mass Effect games.  You will definitely will be able to watch the full DLC playthrough on our YouTube page as soon as I am able to get the videos up, and I will also be writing a DLC mini review as well.  In related news, Bioware is also releasing another multiplayer DLC pack for ME3, at no charge, on February 26th, called Reckoning.  If anyone hasn’t played the multiplayer for Mass Effect 3, it is a ton of fun.

Evil Shuhei

In the wake of Sony’s announcement of the Playstation 4, Sony’s president Shuhei Yoshida cryptically stated that the PS4 will be able to play used games.  Awesome, right?  Well, he didn’t say that the PS4 will play used games without purchasing a key, or anything like that, he said “So, used games can play on PS4. How is that?” after a long, pregnant pause. That’s basically like a girl responding to your “would you like to have sex with me” question with “I guess.”  Not exactly a resounding and confidence building answer, my love.  Hopefully it’s a language barrier issue, and not an answer without revealing all the caveats.

Well, that’s it.  Please, have an awesome day, and if you are to run into me today, give me a sandwich.  Thanks.
